purrpickle asked: Honestly, Rachel shook her head, you would have thought SHE would be the one to be holding up the road trip. But no. She and Tina shared affectionate eye rolls; Santana wasn't done packing the car. "Wait, wait, no," Tina shifted on the hood of the car, "San, we don't NEED another cooler." Stopping in place, Santana stared at her, "Where else would we keeps the breadsticks?" Rachel laughed then groaned, leaning her head onto Tina's shoulder. Snuggling into her, she closed her eyes to wait it out.
Don’t even dare to argue over the ‘sticks! There is no winning. Rachel learned that the hard way after complaining about crumbs in bed…
Santinchel = the platonic or romantic relationship between Santana Lopez, Tina Cohen-Chang, and Rachel Berry on Glee.

(Obligatory question mark?)
When Santana woke up, she had a bad feeling about this day. She grabbed her cell from the nightstand and saw no new messages. That was odd. Neither Rachel nor Tina greeted her with a ridiculous text this morning? But maybe it was even worse that they didn’t complain about each other to her. Well, it could mean that after three days of fighting they had made up and were lying together in a bed somewhere. Santana let out a laugh. Nope, not likely. It was more like the dawning of a new ice age.
It was all so stupid and Santana felt guilty. Tuesday after glee they had gone shopping at the mall and clothes often turned into a hot button topic. Some jock from school had spotted them and made some remarks about Santana’s downfall with the loser crowd and she had been upset enough to leave her girls. And then they had started taking it out on each other, that Santana had become an easy target for douchebags. (A part of Santana thought it was cute they cared, but she was also ashamed how she let all those comments get to her and how her pain drove the others further apart. Ri-di-cu-lous.)
Being determined that today something should be done about the situation - because she refused to think about a weekend without cuddling and maybe orgasms - Santana entered McKinley with her head held high. Her girlfriends would get a piece of her mind.
She walked up to Rachel’s locker. Okay, that was odd. The door was open and Tina cowered in front.
“Oh, so you two-” No more words were coming out. Santana’s eyebrows shot up, because the sight in front of her didn’t make sense. It was Rachel. Only not really, because obviously she decided to cosplay Tina today.
“Hey, Santana.” She shoved a book back in and looked for something.
“What? That’s all, hey Santana?! What is wrong with you? And are those extensions or did you really dye your hair?”
“It’s a little experiment if you will. I’m sure it’s easier slouching in the back than trying to be in charge, but Tina said I wouldn’t understand the things she had to put up with. It was a rather heated argument and I don’t want to repeat some of the words that were said. But she left my house yesterday after insulting my wardrobe, so I want to put up a mirror for her.”
Santana shook her head in disbelief. “You two really don’t get it, do you? This is not a contest to outfreak each other!” She threw her arms up in a theatric manner that normally would make Rachel proud and turned around. “I’m gonna talk some sense in my girl Chang and then we come for you, hobbit.”
It turned out that wasn’t an easy task. She found Tina a couple of minutes later in the choir room. Or this new Rachel-version of her anyway. Tina was standing by the piano shuffling through sheet music. Santana sat down in one of the chairs and shook her head once more.
“What have I done to deserve this crazy?”
“Oh, hey Santana. I raided this from Rachel’s room yesterday, because-“
“No, please, stop. Rachel told me about it. And it would be cute how in tune you two are, if you weren’t so moronic.”
Tina’s lips trembled. Her nerves were on edge almost the whole week already and fighting with Rachel was bad enough, but that Santana now ganged up on her was not fair. But before she could say a word Santana jumped up and hugged her.
“Shh, please don’t cry, Tina. I didn’t mean it that way. Well, maybe a little. But I guess you haven’t seen Rachel. And you two…” She placed a soft kiss against Tina’s temple. “I’ll fix this. But please don’t claw each other’s eyes out.”
The bell rang and they rushed off to class. It was just Santana’s luck that her first class was geography, because sitting down next to Artie gave her the perfect idea.
During lunch glee club sat together, it was an unspoken rule these days. But nobody dared to talk about the weirdness that was going on. Puck and Finn tried to keep a conversation going, but Kurt, Mercedes and Quinn were busy deciphering the wardrobe choices of Tina and Rachel - who hadn’t spoken one word, despite sitting opposite each other. It only got more bizarre when Santana finally showed up. In Artie’s wheelchair - among other things.
Brittany wheeled her in, so Santana was at the end of the table right between her girlfriends.
“Guys, Santana has something to say and I want you two to be nice.”
Brittany sat down next to Mike, gesturing everybody to be quiet.
“I’m sorry.” There was a gasp. Santana Lopez knew those words? “I shouldn’t have stormed off making you feel guilty. We are all getting crap for… well, seeing each other. You can’t fight about who is damaging my rep, because that’s on me. And I’d rather have both of you with me should I get slushied again, than be on top but without either of you.”
Rachel was holding back a laugh, because it looked so weird and it sounded so corny, but at the same time she welled up, because Santana never had done anything like this publicly. One look over to Tina and she realized she felt the same. So both reached out to take one of Santana’s hands.
“But why that outfit,” was all Tina managed to say.
“Well, Artie was your boyfriend, Tina. And since Rachel is you today, I thought I’d join your super absurd theatrics and in the end get to make out with both of you. Totally in-character.”
Tina hopped onto Santana’s lap. “Good plan.” She put her arms around Santana’s shoulder and nuzzled her neck.
Rachel stood up and pulled the chair backwards. “You’re a dork.” She placed a kiss on Santana’s head and with a wave to the others wheeled her two girlfriends away. (Santana helped with the first pushes.)
“I guess Artie wants his chair back, but I left him with Sugar, so maybe we have some time to drop by the janitor’s closet first.”
“She’s flirting with her again,” Santana seethed, the plastic of her drink cup crinkling in her hand.
“I know,” Tina nodded, giving the Cheerio one of her direct, practiced unamused glares.
“Worst part is, Rachel’s oblivious,” Kurt cut in, taking the cup away from Santana before it burst from the pressure. “Here, Blaine. Get the devil another cup?”
Blaine rolled his eyes, turning to head towards the kitchen. ”Yes, dear.”
“Whipped!” Santana sniggered, Tina laughing into her own cup.
Pausing, Blaine turned back around to give the two girls and his chuckling boyfriend a raised eyebrow look. “Or, you think,” he offered loftily, crossing his arms and starting to back away, “That maybe she’s completely aware of it and shopping for a fourth member of your relationship?”
It wasn’t even three seconds later before Santana and Tina were advancing on their girlfriend, wrapping themselves around her arms and practically carrying her up to Quinn’s bedroom. “I don’t care,” Santana was heard to growl, “Sex, now.”
“But - !”
“Sorry, Rachel, but I’m with Santana on this one. We want you. Now.”
“…Oh. Well, alright then. Alcohol does make me extremely susceptible to - mmmmph, ohhhhh.”
Kurt, staring up the stairs where the door to Quinn’s bedroom had just been slammed shut, looked at the crushed cup in his hand, looked at the Cheerio staring where the three girls had gone with a longing, disappointed expression on her face, and gently deposited the cup onto the nearest table. “Lesbians,” he shook his head, taking Blaine’s arm when he reappeared and stole the drink for Santana, “Blaine, just know I’m happy not to be a gay female.”
Dropping a kiss to Kurt’s forehead, Blaine grinned. “I think I’m happy about that as well.”
